FOXTROT as operator, is committed, through its integrated system of management of Quality, Safety and Environment, to dedicating all necessary resources with a view to complying with both the regulations in force and its self-imposed requirements.

The resources deployed by FOXTROT to achieve this goal are essentially based on the following six pillars:
1. Satisfy its customers and partners by achieving a regular delivery of gas,
controlled reliability and predictable availability of facilities;
2. Ensure the staff physical integrity and its providers through the reinforcement
of Occupational Health and Safety (SST) prevention and guarantee of the
security equipment availability;
3. Respect the environment by implementing the appropriate means to limit the
risk of accidental releases and reduce environmental impact;
4. Cultivate excellence, staff individual empowerment through training actions to
develop its know-how and by motivation to enhance staff proactivity;
5. To maintain irreproachable and mutually beneficial relationships with its
providers by enhancing listening, ensuring compliance with its commitments
and maintaining healthy business connection;
6. Ensure the continuous improvement of the organization, through the causal
identification of problems encountered and their sustainable approach.

From this policy, objectives will be set and reviewed steadily during Management
review.
